Jared has more than a decade’s experience of providing technical services. He has extensive experience in a range of Microsoft technologies, virtualisation and SANs as well as development skills. Jared has played a key role in designing and building a highly redundant facility and private cloud platform.

Paul has worked for large IT services organisations in operations and data centre management. This, and his extensive experience in service delivery ensures solid processes for maintaining accreditations, the smooth operation of the data centre and quality client communications.

Craig has over a decade’s experience in business management, and extensive experience as an account manager. He builds strong relationships with clients, works to understand their requirements and advocates for them ensuring NorthCloud’s services meet their requirements. His attention to detail ensures a culture of excellence.
