- Our first level Service Desk are our first point of contact for customers. They ensure that customer problems are fully understood and in many cases can resolve issues on the spot.
- The team of Systems Engineers carry out computer hardware repairs as well as onsite and remote support.
- Our Senior Cloud Consultants use their experience to design, implement and support more complex solutions as well as overseeing our data centre platform.
The service team have a wide cross section of skills and experience including all Windows server and client operating systems, HP desktop, laptop, tablet and server hardware, printers, networking and databases. We have Cisco, Microsoft and HP partnerships and certifications.
